A gift for a friend
It was a boring weekend when I decided to draw something. Looking for inspiration, I was googling when I stumbled into a wonderful picture of Arthur Rackham. I knew him for his Wagner's illustrations of the Ring. I was so thrilled that I decided to copy it and to give it as a gift to an old friend of mine, that is a lovely old fashioned woman doctor completely obsessed by victorian age.
So, that's the beginning of Alice in wonderland-the drawing.

I gave her this drawing during the last vacation we spent together. She put a different frame (the red one was mine, made by myself for an other portrait) and now it's in her living room waiting to be moved, at some point for sure, in her future medical study.
